Do you deliver?+
Yes. We offer free delivery nationally across South Africa. International delivery is available, with rates applied based on destination.
Do you have a physical presence?+
Avya Riti is primarily online, but we also appear at selected markets and pop-up events. Details of these events are always shared on our socials.
How long does delivery take?+
Once payment is received, items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days thereafter.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept EFT, PayShap, and card payments for your convenience.
What is your returns policy?+
Because our items are delicate, we do not accept refunds unless the product is reported broken within 24 hours of delivery. No returns on sale items. Items returned are at the cost of the client.
